Moreover, American Spanish uses well & good more interchangeably than English. Many Americans are unknowingly speaking Spanish.
The English have a joke. There are more people speaking English in China than America. When i hear that joke, i feel much like i suspect a born & bred Japan person feels when an American makes a American-Japanese joke.
