Mr. Crile's book is the only book i know of that is worse than the book's movie adaptation. The first third or so of the book is so full American propaganda tripe that I couldn't read anymore.
In the movie, director Mike Nichols (born Mikhail Igor Peschkowsky; November 6, 1931 Berlin, Germany – November 19, 2014) brilliantly, subtly and deftly exposes American hypocrisy. While foreign birth is not a prerequisite to appreciate the lies America tells itself about itself, it does help.
